A NOTE ON ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION IN AN INFINITE PLANE SHEET WITH A CIRCULAR HOLE

G. A. J. FERRIS

( Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Leeds )

In (2) the calculation of the currents induced in an infinite plane sheet with a circular hole by a varying magnetic field is reduced to the solution of dual integral equations. An elementary solution of these equations is given and the original solution of the problem is corrected.
