THE DEFORMATION OF A LIQUID DROP AT SMALL REYNOLDS NUMBER

This paper describes how the asymptotic expansion obtained by Taylor and Acrivos (1) for the deformation of a liquid drop at small Reynolds number may be extended by two terms so that any error is of the order of the square of the deformation.
