A CONTOUR INTEGRAL FORMULATION OF PLANE CREEPING NEWTONIAN FLOW

C. J. COLEMAN

( Department of Theoretical Mechanics, University of Nottingham )

We present a contour integral formulation of plane creeping Newtonian flow. The formulation is ideal for analysing a large class of boundary-value problems and a relatively crude discretisation of the integral equations is capable of providing accurate flow simulations.
